In order to build more retail focused applications, we had to look at various ways to process transactions, and tie these transactions to other legacy services like Land Registries, Deeds and International Trade Agreements.

Rather than using other traditional payments systems, we decided experiment writing our own software platforms, and learning what little we could to aid in building our very own, if not for the fun of it, then certainly for the experience of understanding how such a system could hypothetically work. We were close and we could feel it!

A hypothetical exercise in the formation of a payments API. The beginnings for Exchange or Retail Services based on Ravencoin Asset Blockchain.

Unlike some of the other blockchain startups, Ravenland is producing real prototype applications already, and they really work!  We consider the valuable work we are carrying out now as something ofpreparing for the future, these tests gave us some insight into what a fundamental blockchain identity or passport service might look like, and gave us some insights into how we might provide Digital Land Registry tokens, and Estate and a Ravencoin Asset Exchange Service to facilitate it. We knew now. We wanted to build a second layer for Ravencoin, and we knew how to do it.

Land and Estate services and management is a huge multi trillion dollar industry worldwide. With on line games, digital assets have become more widespread than ever (since the technology was newer), however in time we believe that the land registry blockchain on Ravencoin will be going the same way.

To facilitate this process, it will be necessary for Ravenland to design a second layer for Ravencoin to provide these services.

This second layer would would have the same power and flexibility of the bitcoin ledger, and could be used from anything between education and governance to Estate, securities and computer games. The use cases are nearly endless, and could represent a profound shift in the way that the software of humanity runs, and indeed the infrastructure it attaches.

These industries various industries being so widespread, each in their own right could produce a huge boost in volume for the Ravencoin Network, and potentially increase the capitalization of the network substantially via the storage and capitalization of these assets. Ranging from; game inventory items, estate prospecting, estate management,deeds and mortgages, loans and even retail purchases, Ravencoin represents an idea of a more connected economy, to a more easily managable and digitally exchangeable virtual (but provable) stock-world.

There appeared to be not many other people engaged in developing these ideas and software like we have been experimenting on Ravencoin Network, so it is a great privilege to be developing this software as we are.

Modern Cloud and API utilize JSON to transfer data between applications layers for the experience of modern internet applications. Land Registry has a lot of catching up to do to see adoption. But this seems inevitable to us. and we develop software for this purpose and means.

These fundamental understandings from building a Second Layer for Ravencoin are what will allow us to execute Digital Token services later on, as well as facilitate many of our other ideas about Ravencoin enabled assets.

It will be necessary to track the values of balances on the blockchain and the registered organisation, or legal entity concerned with the trade that appear on the Ravencoin network. The ravencoin network is transparent and ‘free’ from naked shorting and other ‘wallstreet’ manipulation.

As a business we rightly observed, that even companies like, Ebay, Amazon and Paypal had to start somewhere. And that somewhere, is usually the beginning! It didn’t matter to us if that starting point was from the very beginning or if we didn’t yet know how to do these things; we’ve been determined since Dec 2017 to help enable these digital communities internationally and help the world to better understand, create and use these technological processes; we think they’ll set the path for the new digital transformation of governance and financial security throughout the world and be a model for future financial systems and entire economies of interaction via chain events and triggers.

For scale single user balances must be retrievable.

Land Registry and Land deeds are the last bastion of legacy systems, and are long due for an overhaul. According to the Annual Report of HM Land Registry, in London “ID assurance … digitally signs their mortgage deed”, and the UK is already in the process of a slow adoption “The [digital deed] service is still in private beta but we intend to open it up to more users”, Her Majesty”s Land Registry continues on…
“This will be one of the first of a new breed of digital services which enable customers and citizens to update the register digitally”.


Ravenland wants to be a part of the digital new future, and has planned accordingly for it. We have come this far, and we weren’t about to just stop here!

Although a little way off, the Ravenland Multi Asset Faucet pays an exemplary path for how digital deed transfers might look in the mid-to long term future.

Right now these digital assets aren’t worth much, however when digital asset tokens are commonplace, we expect a large market adjustment to the new process, as the acceleration begins from converting the legacy systems to modern blockchain conventions.
